1:1 COACHING
If you’re looking for something completely tailored to your specific needs, 1:1 coaching might be the right step for you. Through my personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve whole person wellness — often combining the practices of nutrition, lifestyle, natural medicine (including psychedelics when appropriate), holistic coaching, and more, taking into account any of your medications, supplements, therapies, and other ongoing treatments.
psychedelic services
Under Colorado’s Natural Medicine Health Act, I am licensed to provide the full spectrum of psychedelic services, including screening, preparation, administration and integration, as well as education and coaching. I work with psilocybin mushrooms and provide a safe, legal, and medically-supervised experience for individuals seeking healing and/or personal growth. My training includes both the clinical aspect as well as apprenticing in traditional ceremonies with curanderos in Mexico, aligning with my practice that bridges the gap between science and ancient wisdom.
retreats & group programs
I facilitate healing retreats (with and without plant medicine) several times a year. Retreats take place in Colorado and various locations abroad and can be attended privately or in a group setting. I also periodically offer free workshops, group programs, and online courses. read my book
“Written by a former frontline ER nurse who witnessed firsthand how broken our healthcare system is, The Path Back is an evidence-informed guide that invites you to step beyond quick fixes and symptom-chasing into a new paradigm of true healing from the inside out.
Drawing on modern science, spirituality, ancient wisdom, and powerful stories from both the author’s life and her clients, it offers practical, actionable tools to help you rebuild your body’s foundations and be proactive in your health and well-being. More than a guide to physical wellness, it is a roadmap back to balance and getting in touch with your inner wisdom—reconnecting body, mind, and spirit so you can feel energized, purposeful, and fully alive.
The book also includes an informed, harm-reduction overview of psychedelic plant medicine and thoughtful integration practices for those that are ready for deeper healing work.
Whether you’re navigating chronic health challenges or simply longing for greater joy and meaning, this book shows you how to return to the basics, trust your body’s innate wisdom, and reclaim holistic well-being in a fast-paced world.”
“When we attend to the body, we heal the mind. When we attend to the mind, we heal the body. When we attend to the spirit, we heal them both.”

Integrative Nurse Coach & Licensed Psychedelic Facilitator
I believe that healing should integrate the whole person: body, mind, and soul. My work blends clinical expertise with holistic, science-backed, and nature-based approaches to support people who are ready to feel better in their bodies, clearer in their minds, and more at home in themselves. I help clients reexamine their patterns, get honest about what’s working (and what’s not), and build sustainable change that actually fits their lives.
I don’t believe healing is about fixing what’s broken.
I believe it’s about remembering what’s already whole — and creating the conditions for it to emerge.
FAQs
-
I work with adults from many different backgrounds who are seeking greater clarity, healing, or personal growth. This includes people navigating life transitions, mental health challenges, chronic conditions, or a desire for deeper self-understanding. While my practice is inclusive, I may not be the right fit for everyone, and part of our initial consultation is determining whether working together feels appropriate and aligned.
-
We start with a free consultation to talk through what you’re experiencing, your goals, and any questions you have. From there, you can decide what feels most aligned for you. My role is to provide clear information, ethical guidance, and a supportive space for informed decision-making — not to direct or prescribe a specific path.
-
Integrative means combining evidence-informed medical knowledge with holistic, lifestyle-based, and mind-body approaches. I take into account a client’s existing medical care, medications, and treatment plans and help them thoughtfully integrate those alongside holistic coaching, nutrition and lifestyle changes, nervous system support, and — when applicable — psychedelic education, coaching, and facilitation.
-
No. I work with people who are completely new to psychedelics as well as those with prior experience. Whether you’re simply curious, seeking education and integration support, or exploring licensed psilocybin services, we move at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for you.
-
Many people I work with take prescription medications, supplements, or are under the care of a medical or mental health provider. Taking medications does not mean you are excluded from psilocybin services. In fact, more often than not, it is recommended to continue with your current medication regimen as long as there are no contraindications or safety concerns.
During an intake session, we review your health history, current medications, and overall support system to determine what options may be appropriate and safe for you. Because medication considerations are highly individual, any decisions about changes to prescribed medications are made carefully and collaboratively. When needed, I will encourage coordination with, or referral back to, your prescribing clinician or another qualified medical professional.
My background as a registered nurse allows me to understand medication interactions, safety considerations, and the importance of continuity of care. My role is not to advise you to stop or change medications, but to help you navigate next steps, always prioritizing safety and informed choice.
-
No. Most aspects of my work are offered virtually, including consultations, coaching, preparation, and integration sessions.
If you choose to participate in psilocybin facilitation, the administration session (often referred to as “journey day”) must take place in person at a licensed healing center in Colorado in order to remain within the legal framework. All other related sessions can be conducted remotely.
